When they hugged for the last time,

It was brief but could hold moments.

Because she wasn't really ready for it at all, 

to happen so soon, sudden to shatter. 


But some tales are meant to be short,

full of memories and stories abound. 

They may not end with a happy frame, 

but have feelings to cherish, that matter.
