Mahendra Singh Dhoni is regarded as one of the best captains in India’s cricketing history. MS Dhoni has shown his leadership skills in many situations. A true leader is one who is never shy of taking risks. In 2011 World Cup, he had promoted himself up the order because he knew how to tackle spinners like Murlidharan. He had also given the final over to Joginder sharma in 2007 World Cup. Dhoni always shows that we should calculate the risks and tackle it positively.


What do you think about a good leader? The leader is the person who gives scope to his teammates  for showing the best of their abilities. MS Dhoni has been always known for giving opportunities to a player to improve himself. We should apply this skill for ourselves. “Be the Dhoni of Yourself”- We should give ourselves an opportunity to improve our skills, personality or habits.
MS Dhoni knows the weakness and strength of his team. He knows that how he can use the player in different situation. The ability to have the knowledge of the skills of each and every player in the team gives an edge to any leader to use the right resource at the right time. That’s why MS Dhoni is one of the greatest captain. 
MS Dhoni is a man of calmness. He reflects the pressure through his performance. As a leader, we should know that how to keep calm at the time of difficult situations.  “Be the leader of yourself”- this can be the formula for success in life. MS Dhoni takes the responsibility and thinks positively. No doubt MS DHoni is ‘Captain Cool’. That’s why I call him – The leader of thunders.
